TeachMeGIS Cancellation Policy Minimize
Due to limited class size, we rely on your attendance to make important arrangements for the courses and must maintain a firm refund policy for cancellations. If there is any change in your registration please note:
  • No refunds will be given for discounted registrations.
    •
  • All cancellations require written notice.
  • No refunds or reschedules will be allowed within 14 days of the course start date.
  • Cancellations of full-price registrations made prior to 14 days before the start of course will be refunded, minus a $60 administrative fee.
  • Credit card processing fees are nonrefundable.
  • We regret that we cannot refund any fees if you fail to attend and have not notified us prior to the start of class. We consider this a no-show and your entire registration fee will be forfeited. Additionally, you will not be eligible for our free retake offer.
  • Class schedules are subject to change. Registered students will be notified of any changes in advance. If classes are cancelled due to low enrollment, notification will be given and the class will be rescheduled. In the case of cancellation due to low enrollment, we will refund your registration fee in full or apply it to the next scheduled class if preferred.
  • If you are traveling from out of town, please contact us to confirm the class before making your travel plans.
