TeachMeGIS, in 2001 and has worked in the geospatial industry for more
than 30 years.
Celise Seefluth
Operations Lead and Client Relations
Celise coordinates classes, course materials, computer requirements, and
key client and partner relationships for TeachMeGIS.
Tracy Rijken
Senior GIS Instructor and Curriculum Designer
Tracy has worked with GIS since 1996 and has created and taught advanced
GIS, development, and web-application courses since 2001.
Ashley Ratley
GIS Instructor and Curriculum Manager
Ashley is a trainer, consultant, and curriculum developer who has taught
and written GIS training classes for multiple industries since 2013.
Breanna Hudak
Training Logistics Coordinator
Breanna oversees course-material production and logistics as an essential
member of the TeachMeGIS operations team.
Sam Harrison
GIS Instructor and Class Delivery IT Lead
Sam teaches and assists with GIS courses, contributes to training
materials, and supports the TeachMeGIS virtual training environment.

GIS Technician
Jennifer supports the curriculum team by testing, editing, and generating

Operations Logistics Coordinator
BrieYana supports seamless course delivery by organizing logistics,

Amanda has more than 15 years of GIS experience, with a background in
wildlife, fisheries, conservation GIS, and coastal systems.

Partner GIS Trainer
Ken brings more than 15 years of GIS project management, planning,
scheduling, technical training, and international instructional experience.
Jennifer Harrison

Jennifer Harrison founded Inner Corridor Technologies, Inc. in 2001.
ICT, better known by its trade name TeachMeGIS, is a woman-owned Texas HUB
based in Houston, Texas, as well as an Esri Business Partner and VertiGIS
Studio Partner.
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and a Master of Science
degree in Geosciences. She has worked in the geospatial industry for more
than 30 years.
Celise Seefluth
Operations Lead and Client Relations
Celise has worked in the professional sector for more than 25 years.
Starting her career in education, she later owned her own company and
served as production manager at a manufacturing company.
At TeachMeGIS, she coordinates training classes, course materials, and
computer requirements. Celise also plays an active role in building and
maintaining client and partner relationships.
Tracy Rijken
Senior GIS Instructor and Curriculum Designer
Tracy has worked with GIS since 1996. She holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Computer Science and Geography from the University of Victoria
in British Columbia.
She has developed GIS and web applications across many industries and
platforms. In 2001, she began teaching GIS as an Esri Authorized Instructor
and continues to create and teach classes in advanced GIS tools and
development.
Tracy is always looking for ways to make tasks more efficient and usually
has a useful trick or two to share.
Ashley Ratley
GIS Instructor and Curriculum Manager
Ashley is a trainer, consultant, and curriculum developer at TeachMeGIS.
Since 2013, she has taught and written GIS training classes for multiple
industries.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a
Master of Geoscience in Geographic Information Science and Technology,
also from Texas A&M University.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys travel and fostering rescue dogs.
Breanna Hudak
Operations
Breanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from the University
of New Mexico. She oversees course-material production and logistics as an
essential part of the operations team at TeachMeGIS.
Sam Harrison
GIS Instructor and Class Delivery IT Lead
Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resource Management from the
University of Belize. He teaches and assists in GIS courses, helps write
training materials, and supports the TeachMeGIS virtual training
environment.
Jennifer Love
GIS Technician
Jennifer is a member of the curriculum team, where she tests, edits, and
generates coursework. She recently earned an AAS in Geographic Information
Science.
Before graduating, Jennifer worked in geoscience technician positions in
oil and gas and most recently in urban planning.
BrieYana Fewell
Operations Logistics Coordinator
BrieYana has more than three years of experience in technology-sector
operations. She helps ensure seamless course delivery by organizing,
preparing materials, and coordinating with participants.
Sean Cooney
GIS Instructor
Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in
Spanish from Mississippi State University. He teaches and assists in GIS
classes and works on curriculum development.
Jhaanai Taylor
GIS Instructor
Jhaanai holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with an emphasis in
Data Science and a minor in Geology from the University of Houston,
graduating magna cum laude.
She has experience conducting GIS-based wildlife research with Texas A&M
and teaches and assists in TeachMeGIS classes.
Amanda Hackney
GIS Instructor
Amanda has more than 15 years of experience in GIS. She holds a Bachelor
of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Louisiana State
University and a Master of Science in Wildlife Biology, with a
concentration in conservation GIS, from Clemson University.
She is pursuing a PhD in Marine and Coastal Systems Management at Texas
A&M Galveston. Her experience includes conservation work at accredited
zoological facilities, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Audubon Texas,
and as an independent GIS contractor to nonprofits.
Her research interests include spatial modeling of coastal ecosystems,
online GIS resource design, and using citizen-science data in spatial
analysis.
Ken Wilkerson
Partner GIS Trainer
Ken Wilkerson has more than 15 years of experience in project and resource
management, planning, and scheduling in progressive GIS environments.
Ken spent six years as a technical project manager and instructor for
Environmental Systems Research Institute (Esri). His special Esri
assignments included a ten-week Rent-A-Tech project with the Government
of Venezuela.
He has conducted GIS training throughout the United States and in several
countries, including China and Japan. Esri recognized Ken as one of its
highest-rated authorized instructors.
