Instructional Guarantee
ICT offers each student the opportunity to attend a class free of charge for a second time if the student feels for any reason that he/she needs a refresher on the topics covered in the class (perhaps the class was too advanced, or the student has not had a chance to practice since attending, etc.). Attendance in such cases is subject to seat availability, and only applies to the class originally attended by the student (course and software version). This offer stands for a full calendar year after the student has attended an ICT-delivered class.

Instructional Support
Students who attend classes delivered by ICT are welcome to forward any questions they might have related to the topics covered in the class. It is often the case that students cover a topic in class, but might require some clarification when attempting to put the concept into practice. Please contact us via phone (713-278-7883) with any such questions. This offer stands for 6 months after class attendance and should reference the course material that was covered and is being clarified.
